Shipping & Delivery


Where do you ship to?

We ship to the UK, Ireland and selected EU countries. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Northern Ireland.


How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see exact shipping costs at checkout before you pay.


How long will delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. Ireland and EU orders usually take 5–10 working days depending on customs clearance.


Do you provide tracking?

Yes. All orders include tracking information, sent automatically by email once your order is dispatched.


Do you ship discreetly?

Yes — we use plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to contents.


Ordering & Payment


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards and other secure payment gateways as listed at checkout.


Is it safe to order from your website?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure your personal data stays secure.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it.


Taxes & Customs


Will I pay VAT?

All UK customers pay UK VAT. EU customers pay VAT at their own country’s rate under the EU OSS scheme (included at checkout).


Will I have to pay customs duties?

For EU customers, VAT is collected at checkout. Depending on local rules, your order may still be subject to import duties — check your country’s thresholds before ordering.


Returns & Refunds


What is your returns policy?

Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us first to arrange a return.


Who pays return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility.


How do I start a return?

Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We source directly from trusted suppliers and are the UK/EU sole supplier for several brands, including Medusa Glass.

Account & Support


Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses and view order history.

Age Verification


Do you have an age restriction?

Yes. Due to UK law you must be 18 or over to purchase vaping or headshop products. We may carry out age verification on delivery.
