Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Gresham IND Ltd, trading as SeedySide.

  • Company registration number: NI663460
  • Registered address: 31 Gresham Street, Belfast, BT1 1JL, Northern Ireland
  • Telephone: +44 330 223 3369
  • Email: info@seedyside.co.uk

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing here removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Age restriction

  • You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. Placing an order confirms that you are.
  • We may ask for age verification before dispatch, and we will cancel and refund any order where we cannot satisfy ourselves that the customer is over 18.
  • If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for checking that the goods are legal where you live.

3. What we sell

  • We sell smoking accessories, vaporisers, seeds and related products for lawful use only.
  • Cannabis seeds are sold strictly as souvenirs and for genetic preservation. They are not sold for germination or cultivation, which is illegal in the UK and in many other countries. We provide no cultivation advice and accept no responsibility for use contrary to local law.
  • We make no medical claims about any product we sell. Nothing on this site is health advice.
  • Checking that a product is legal in your country before you order is your responsibility.

4. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and to our acceptance.
  • An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. The contract forms when we dispatch it.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order where age verification fails, where the goods cannot lawfully be sent to your address, where an item is out of stock, where a price has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  • You can cancel before dispatch by emailing us. After dispatch, see our returns policy.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies.
  • Delivery is charged separately and shown in full at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders over £100 on most routes. Full detail is on our delivery page.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery and risk

  • We ship from Northern Ireland to the UK, Ireland, much of Europe, and Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to the USA. Current destinations, costs and timings are on the delivery page.
  • Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If a parcel is running late, contact us within 10 working days of dispatch so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you. If a parcel is lost, stolen or damaged before it reaches you, that is ours to resolve, not yours. The one exception is where you have asked us to use a carrier of your own choosing that we did not offer.
  • All orders are sent in discreet packaging.

7. Customs, VAT and duties

  • Orders within the UK carry no additional charges beyond what you pay at checkout.
  • Orders to the Republic of Ireland are dispatched from Northern Ireland and carry no import duty or customs charge.
  • Orders to EU and other European countries may attract import VAT, duty or a customs handling fee set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient on delivery. Please check your own country's thresholds before ordering.
  • If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused or not collected, we will refund the goods. We may deduct the return carriage we are actually charged, and we will tell you the amount.

8. Returns and refunds

Consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we voluntarily extend this to 30 days on most items. Faulty goods are covered separately under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The full detail, including what is excluded and who pays return postage, is in our returns policy.

9. Accuracy of the site

We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate, and we source specifications from manufacturers and breeders. Even so, packaging and specifications occasionally change, and colours vary between screens. Minor variations do not amount to goods being wrongly described. If what arrives is materially different from what was listed, it is covered under section 8.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Gresham IND Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.

11. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the products.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, or changes in law. If something like that hits, we will keep you informed and you can cancel for a full refund if the delay becomes unreasonable.

13. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy and cookie policy, which complies with UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

14. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email info@seedyside.co.uk or call +44 330 223 3369 and we will work it out with you directly. Most things are sorted with one email.

If we cannot resolve it between us, UK customers can raise the matter with their local Trading Standards service through the Citizens Advice consumer helpline. EU customers retain the right to use an approved alternative dispute resolution body in their own country.

15. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
  • If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply, and you may be able to bring proceedings where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
