Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SeedySide (operated by Gresham IND Ltd, Company Registration Number NI663460). This policy sets out your rights to return goods, obtain refunds, and request exchanges in accordance with UK and EU consumer law.
2. Returns Period
- UK & EU customers have a statutory minimum 14 days from delivery to cancel or return their order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- We voluntarily extend this to 30 days for most items as a goodwill policy.
3. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; please return it directly to us.
4. Non-Returnable or Restricted Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, including (but not limited to):
- Opened or used products such as vaporizers, mouthpieces, or other hygiene-sensitive items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
5. Partial Refunds
- Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive a partial refund.
- Items returned after 30 days may be declined or refunded at our discretion.
6. How to Return an Item

7. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Original shipping costs may be deducted unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund posts officially.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@seedyside.co.uk.
9. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email info@seedyside.co.uk.
- Once approved, send your item to the return address above.
10. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
11. Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
12. Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason where goods are not returned in accordance with this policy.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU law.
