Shipping policy
Delivery
Everything ships from our own warehouse in Northern Ireland. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and it goes out the same day, fully tracked with DPD. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Free delivery on orders over £100 to the UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland and most of Europe. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Every order goes out in plain, discreet packaging. Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what is inside or who it came from.

All UK and Ireland services are fully tracked with a one hour delivery window on the day. You can nominate a safe place or divert to a DPD collection point from the tracking notification.
Deliveries to Great Britain run Monday to Friday. Northern Ireland deliveries run every day except bank holidays.
Ireland and customs
We ship to the Republic of Ireland from Belfast, so there are no import duties or customs charges for Irish customers. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.
Europe
We ship across the EU and to several non-EU European countries with DPD. Rates are charged by weight and destination zone, and the exact cost for your basket is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Heavier orders cost a little more. Zones 1 to 5 carry a higher rate above 10kg and again above 20kg, and the correct rate is shown at checkout.
Rest of world
We ship to Australia and New Zealand on an Express International service at £30.00. We do not currently ship to the USA, Canada or anywhere else outside the countries listed on this page.
Import duties and taxes outside the UK and Ireland
Orders to EU and non-EU European countries may attract import VAT, duty or a customs handling fee in the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in our shipping charge, and are paid by the recipient when the parcel arrives.
This does not apply to orders within the UK, and it does not apply to Ireland.
Free delivery over £100
Spend £100 or more and delivery is free, applied automatically at checkout. This covers the UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Isle of Man and EU zones 1 to 5. Routes where the delivery charge is £26 or more are not included, so zone 6, Liechtenstein, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Australia and New Zealand are excluded.
If something goes wrong
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it has not turned up within the timeframe for your chosen service, get in touch within 10 working days of dispatch so we can open an investigation with DPD. We cannot chase parcels reported to us after that, because the carrier closes the claim window.
If anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, tell us straight away and we will sort it. Photos of the packaging and the item help us turn it around faster.
