Everything we stock in seed form sits under one of four headings, and which one you want depends on what you're after rather than on breeder or price. This page covers the difference; each collection below holds the actual range.
Feminized seeds
Bred to produce only female plants, which removes the job of identifying and separating males. The largest of the four collections by a wide margin, with over 500 varieties spanning almost every breeder we carry — Royal Queen Seeds, Barney's Farm, Humboldt, Dutch Passion, Sweet Seeds and more. If you're not sure which category you need, this is usually the one.

Autoflower seeds
Autoflowering lines carry a trait bred in from ruderalis genetics: instead of shifting to flowering based on light cycle, they move through their lifecycle on a fixed schedule based on age. That makes them considerably more predictable and generally quicker start to finish. Around 280 varieties here, with 420 Fast Buds and Royal Queen Seeds accounting for the largest share.

Regular seeds
Unfeminised, producing a natural mix of male and female plants. A much smaller selection, and the category chosen mainly by people breeding their own lines or preserving genetics, where male plants are the point rather than a problem.

CBD seeds
CBD-leaning genetics bred for a high CBD to low THC ratio, rather than the other way round. Twenty varieties, mostly from Royal Queen Seeds and Dutch Passion.

Also worth knowing
Fast flowering genetics sit between photoperiod and autoflowering — they still respond to light cycle but finish notably faster than standard photoperiod lines. Worth a look if autoflowering isn't quite what you want but speed matters: Fast Flowering.
If you'd rather browse by breeder than by seed type, every seed bank we carry has its own collection — among them Royal Queen Seeds, Barney's Farm, Humboldt Seeds, Dutch Passion, 420 Fast Buds, Sweet Seeds and Strain Hunters.
All seeds on this site are sold strictly as collectible souvenirs and for genetic preservation purposes only. See our FAQ for the full detail, along with shipping and payment information for the UK, Ireland and Europe.
