Gauzes and screens do one simple job: keep loose material out of the airway while air still gets through, in one of a few different shapes and sizes depending on what you're using them in.

Flat Gauzes are round metal screens for pipe bowls, in five sizes from 10mm up to 25mm. Spoon Gauzes are the domed version, shaped to sit inside a spoon pipe's bowl, running 12mm to 22mm. Redeye's steel screens and gauzes are sized specifically for bongs, 12.5mm and 16.5mm, sold in packs of five. The XMAX V3 Nano Screen Pack is a vaporiser-specific screen, sized for XMAX devices rather than a pipe or bong.
