Hemper Peak Attachment - UFO Vortex

The Hemper UFO Vortex Peak Attachment is a replacement glass top for the Puffco Peak and Peak Pro: a flying-saucer chamber — wide, low and domed, one of the longest-running shapes in Hemper's catalogue and the one their RIPNDIP collaboration bongs are built on. It was released as Hemper's February 2019 theme and belongs to the UFO Vortex family. We carry this design as an attachment only, so if you want the theme, this is the way to get it.

Like Hemper's bongs, attachment tops are produced as dated limited runs. The February 2019 batch is the only one this design will ever have, so once it's sold through it isn't coming back.

How it performs

Swapping the glass on a Peak or Peak Pro is the one upgrade that changes both how it looks and how it hits. The stock top is fine but anonymous; a themed top gives the device some personality, and because each Hemper design has its own internal shape, the water path and the draw change with it. Fitting takes seconds — lift the original glass off, seat this one on the base, done.

Fill it the same way you'd fill the stock top, to just below the airpath. Overfilling is the most common mistake with any replacement glass and the fix is simply less water.

Looking after it

Attachment glass sees more residue per session than a bong because the chamber is small, so it needs cleaning more often — a quick isopropyl swirl and rinse every few days keeps it clear.
