Hemper Jeweled Egg Bong

The Hemper Jeweled Egg Bong is a Fabergé-style egg in borosilicate glass — gilt detailing across the shell, a footed base underneath, and the neck rising discreetly from the top. It was Hemper's March 2026 theme, one of the most ornate pieces they've produced, and among the least obviously a bong when it's sitting on a shelf. Most people take it for an ornament until they're told otherwise.

It was made as a single limited batch in March 2026, in line with every Hemper monthly theme. When that batch sells through, the design is finished.

How it performs

The egg body is a large, smooth chamber — no internal corners, no odd angles — so it functions much like a round-bottom flask. The footed base is wider than it looks and keeps the piece upright. It takes a standard bowl and downstem. The ornate exterior is decoration only; the airpath inside is simple and unobstructed.

The XL scales the egg and the base together, so it stays balanced. It's a heavier, more imposing object — the sort of thing that anchors a mantelpiece — and the larger chamber gives a smoother, cooler pull.

Looking after it
